This new hotel is in a great location and has the most amazing and welcoming staff. They were so helpful. The only thing I can share with other travelers is that it currently promotes itself as a five star hotel. The decor, bedding, equipment in the room, etc. are closer to a more standard four star hotel. Still very, very nice, but not a luxury property.

Great hotel - conveniently located. Friendly & helpful team.

We arrived early afternoon to the hotel. Already at the parking we was greeted by staff who took care of our luggage. We became upgrade to a suite with a terrace. Due to the nice, relaxed surroundings at the hotel decided to stay at the hotel to enjoy the afternoon.l Ĺĺlllllllllllllĺ

The concierge was particularly helpful in booking restaurants and ensuring the guests’ safety re the recent demonstrations in Bordeaux. I would not hesitate to stay at this splendid hotel again.

Way below expectation. Only two lifts for 200 rooms, one not working completely and the other the button is not functioning. You have to use stairs to go up and down. Look at the notice, it must be there for some time already.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful with the valet and providing a special experience at the end of our long trip. Beautiful room.
