Castelluccio Inferiore Vacation Packages

I was double charged for my room. I queried this with reception and they insisted that I would be refunded but that never happened. I contacted Experia with whom I had made the reservation and they said the hotel are refusing the refund and could do nothing. I will not use Experia or Hotel HR again.

We received a warm welcome from Christina on arrival offering to store our luggage until the room was ready. We booked one of the Maurelli Suites which was disappointing being a large room with no comfortable chairs. The bed was very hard with pillows way past their best. In summary very much style over substance and we wouldn’t class as luxurious. Breakfast was Ok as was the bistro, the latter of which I wouldn’t recommend. The service was friendly but inefficient.

Good breakfast….dinner was okay but took them over 2 hours to serve it

très bien situé et agréable . le plus est la tranquillité.

Great breakfast !

A bit of a walk from Bari Centrale but overall good!

The park like property was beautiful. The location was excellent. Kudos also go out to Michele, the Restaurant Mgr. Wel liked everything about the Villa and Hotel.
