When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Very nice cozy hotel, very clean and spacious room, very helpful staff. The location was super convenient and very close to some major attractions, restuarants, massage places, etc. Greatly appreciated having complimentary water in the room, coffee 24/7, tapas in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast was also good. Overall, would recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Prague.

Family suite was perfect for the 3 of us on our visit to Prague. Daily breakfast had lots of variety. Easy walk to metro/bus/tram as well as to lots of local restaurants. Maybe a 10-15 min ride to City Center on metro.

It was cool place to stay in, the room was nice and clean, but there is no working air conditioning since it is an old building. I was there in June so it was very hot and even hotter in the room. They provided me with a fan but it didn’t help much. Staff were nice and available. Great location, close to Prague castle 5 min walking.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting but there’s nothing nearby of any interest. However, it’s within easy walking distance to transport links to the centre. Room was clean but the biggest downside was the aircon which wasn’t working in this heatwave. Tried to open the windows but due to being near a road and flight path so traffic noise was unbearable. Aircon is centrally controlled so nothing could be done I used the wellness and fitness centre which were good. The restaurant serves absolutely delicious food and would recommend. Good portion sizes and representation.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent!
