Unfortunately we cut our stay short at this facility due to unsanitary conditions. Upon arrival to the property we noted very run down facilities and a pungent smell. Our room seemed okay the first night however we discovered the bathroom light didn’t work and the shower screeched when turned on. We tried to put this aside. The next day we opened our curtains to see two transient camps set up in the back of the motel. We arrived back to our room that evening after a long day and after pulling up the covers I noticed 2 blood stains on the comforter. This was the last straw , we couldn’t stay any longer. I couldn’t get ahold of the staff and. O one was on campus so I tuned in my keys and cut my losses. We stayed at a near by resort for the remainder of our stay.

Had enough, but I guess you get what you pay for.
They need to pay someone to be on staff at the check in office so you don't have to wait a half hour for someone to show up. Also need to clean up the dead roaches and the live ones for that matter.

This property seems to only have 1 employee working at any given time to be maid and work the office because no one is ever in the office. Our room had a giant 2 inch gap to outside where our air conditioner came through the wall. Stay anywhere else

Hallways stank of marijuana. View from our room was of a burned-out, graffitied building. What appeared to be blood spatter on the bedsheets. Filthy bathtub. We left after 5 minutes & rec'd a refund.

This property falls in a category of a motel. I have not been to a motel for more than 10 years and perhaps my expectations are a bit high but the following are unacceptable: There sunflower seed shells on the table on the room balcony- obviously the cleaning staff didn’t check.The bathroom light fixture switch (at least 10 years old based on appearance) was plain broken. It took me several minutes to get the rocking switch to keep the light on. Same with the fan switch the fan was grinding terribly.
