Although I have stayed at this hotel before and had wonderful experiences, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff provided incorrect and misleading information, which created unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. Juribel, in particular, needs to significantly improve her customer service skills. Her poor service, lack of professionalism, and unhelpful attitude were unacceptable. Guests deserve to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism, especially at a hotel they have trusted and visited before. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very negative impression and overshadowed what had otherwise been a pleasant stay. I strongly encourage management to address these customer service issues and provide better staff training.

In the heart of all parque Lleras and provenza!

I would not recommend this hotel. Let’s start with the positive. It’s a beautiful hotel and great location. I booked the Premium Suite which is HUGE and very nicely furnished. It was ideal because I was there on business and was planning to entertain some of my business partners in the suite which had a dining room table which sat 10ppl. Here’s where the negatives start and they outweigh the positives by a mile. First the hotel security is ridiculous. While I understand the problem with prostitution in Medellin and I do appreciate the extra security, bringing guests to your room is worse than passing an FBI inspection. One evening they refused to let my business partners come up to the room for drinks even though they had ID, it was embarrassing but to add insult to injury they threatened to call the police on me if I insisted to bring them up. How crazy is that!!! Never in my life have I encountered this situation. Now for the other negatives, for the high price of the suite, just know there are no pool and no gym. They don’t even have an agreement to the nearby gym to offer complimentary passes! Toiletries in room are limited, room service only has sushi, and no hot water in bathroom sink. Checkout is also super long and their billing is as clear as mud! It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful property but my recommendation is STAY AWAY!

Excelente servicio, muy amable el equipo de Staff
