For the price we paid the place was decent enough. I would stay again. The pool was the star. Right on the beach, nice size, swim up bar.

Our room wasn’t cleaned, we found hair in the shower, the jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned, the support staff seemed bothered when we asked for clarification, customer service was poor. We was booked for 5 days we left after day two, we expect a refund but the hotel staff was rude about this process. Please Expedia take this off your website, this makes your users not trust your brand.

The property was beautiful. The people was very nice and respectful. The only thing there’s no restaurant or food and the property. I was a little disappointed because they didn’t have a Cook and. No microwave no coffee machine apart from that it was OK

Property needs a lot of work done. Everything is old and worn. I would never recommend or stay at this hotel again. The only thing I enjoyed was the pool but it did have a swim up bar with no pool without a bartender. Terrible!!!!

Cabana 15…….Great Location. All of the property needs to be updated. Holes in doors, ceiling fan didn’t work. Swimming pool had algae and cloudy water. Great concept but needs drastic refurbishing!

The exterior of the property with the swim up bar and pool, were fine, the little cabanas were cute from the outside, but from the inside, lights and fans did not work, outlets were at inconvenient spots, hot water was intermittent in the shower, but the hot water faucet on the sink whistled all the time. The towels were stained and holey, sheets were stained, and no one could find a remote for our TV, meaning we could use the TV at high volume on the only channel we could turn to, which was in Spanish. There were no buttons on the TV to fix that. The only saving grace was that the AC worked.

The rooms are run down and need basic upkeep such as tightening towel bars in the restrooms. Staff is less than interested to offer assistance, good luck getting any extra information (if you arrive early there is a baggage room, but they may not offer it). They just stand there and stare at you. Not really sure if the kitchen is open, no one said anything about it. The pool saves the entire property, without it I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Room #5 is tiny and I wouldn’t suggest it suitable for 2 people to share. #15 smells of mould and has ants in the bathroom and chatting with people it seems like something was broken in each room.
