Too far from center and nowhere to eat unless you bring your own

Tourist trap to be avoided at all costs. One of the most expensive places to stay on San Andres and not worth a fraction of the price. Food/Dining area filthy. The food mediocre at best, Grounds in disrepair. The pool extremely overcrowded, very noisy and essentially useless. Place not convenient to ANYTHING. Not walkable. No public transportation. You are stuck here except for $30USD cab rides. NO WIFI On property except IN THE LOBBY … where everyone is trying to use one weak signal. Would never stay here again. I abandoned my room immediately after getting there. The staff was not concerned about my complaints and gave me their corporate website to file a complaint and seek refund. Refund was refused so I lost all my money. That’s how bad it was. I preferred to pay for another place rather than stay at this terrible property.

First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible. The service at the pool is also horrible. No one pays attention and to even get anything is ridiculous impossible. This is 0 star forget 5 star hotel! Never would go here and never will recommend it. And very bad on Expedia to even advertise them and should absolutely not

The staff was great, the food was amazing a lot of different choices. I wish the wifi was available throughout the entire resort. The gym needs a big renovation. I'd stay again for sure though. Had a good time. Maybe install more AC units in common area places that are indoors.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is very nice. The one thing tjat would make it great is having a gym. Other than that I was very satisfied.
