My housekeeper was very helpful and very courteous. The property is a safe walking distance from a major mall that is filled with restaurants of all kinds . There is a 7/11 next door that has cheap fried chicken and rice and all sorts of snacks , drinks , and grooming products in case you forgot something . Taxi is always available in front of the property . No wait for a taxi .

staffs are very friendly and accomodating. beds are nice, comfy and good linens and the room is very clean. would be nice if there’s vanity kit ready placed and bath robes and i realized it’s only available upon request. Theyhavr good breakfast and dinner buffet choices. it has gym and small pool. it works for me and for my son who loves water.

The room layout was awesome, and the facilities as a whole were well kept and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only feedback would be to have thicker pillows. It was nice there were two options, but they both ended up being pretty flat.

Our room was clean and comfortable, but could use a little updating. The hotel lobby is immaculate and the staff very friendly. If you like to shop the SM mall is a 5 minute walk directly across the street.

Was a great stay with Marie at the front desk who was very helpful with everything. The only negative I could see was the pool could be better taken care of. All the staff were super friendly. Nice place overall and great location.
