Not Welcoming and not nice when trying to upgrade my room. Then trying to charge me more than I recieved in Quest Hotel email one hour before arriving and when I told the manager on duty (Cindy) She acted like pissed off. I am very happy me and wife have stayed there many times in the last Seven years and unfortunately most likely will never return. There are a lot of nice Hotels in the are and will be coming back to Cebu in February. As of now I believe we will try the Nustar Hotel and Casino near the Seaside Mall. Hope this message will be read by someone that cares about the future of Quest Hotel.

I loved the hot and cold water dispensers on each floor. I liked the pool on the 7th floor. The bathroom was so awesome that we are thinking about using that design in our new home. The rooms are really nice and very clean. Lots of lighting. Really cold aircon. Really hot water. The tv's are HD. The staff downstairs are super nice and very efficient. I rate this place a 9.0

My Do Not Disturb Sign was Broken
The stay was ok and met the basic expectations EXCEPT: Hanging on my door I placed the Do Not Disturb sign, so I could have an afternoon nap. At 4:00pm there was knock on the door and the room attendant wanted to turn my bed down. He not speak, so I told hom no, then at 5:50pm I get a phone call from reception asking if everything was ok in my room. I thanked her for waking me up.

Overall a decent stay. The balcony overlooking the beautiful sky during sunset was incredible and staff were all incredibly helpful and pleasant. Ayala center is right there with mango square nearby, however just not the cleanest city. I’m not much of a party goer and did majority of my shopping in Manila, so Cebu was not a good fit for me. I should’ve did more research to see more of the historical sites, but all required taking a grab or taxi. Decent stay.

Nice place to stay 10-minute ride to the shopping Only 2 rooms were booked they should be able to have a fresh egg station buffett was not that good cold over cooked eggs
