The Quest staff is the best! They go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Need to be careful if you are a light sleeper to not get a room on the lower floor facing the street. The pool side is excellent.

Close to the mall. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. Actually the way the workers make us feel special is the main reason we always stay here when we are in Cebu.

Comfy but...

I believe this is hotel better then what I rate it. Tv didn't work. Can only watch YouTube videos. No microwave. Lack of bottled filtered water.
