I had a great stay at Quest Hotel and Conference Center in Cebu. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They consistently went out of their way to assist even without being asked. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the experience even better. One of the biggest perks is the location. It is right across from Ayala Mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. However, the rooms are quite dated compared to the photos and feel a bit tight. The air conditioning was also not cool enough for the weather during my stay. Despite these things, the staff and service were so exceptional that I would still return to this hotel the next time I visit Cebu.

Service and location at it's best.

I used the same hotel everytime I comes to Cebu. The service is excellent from the time you enter the lobby to the reception. The food in the restaurant is very good whether you order a la carte or opt for the buffet. Excellent staff at the restaurant, very polite, attentive, and great service. The location is perfect for transportaion and shopping at Ayala Mall which is right across the street.

Staff members are friendly, but you can see the hotel is old. You can see it from every corner. Also the room was that clean. First, pillows smelled, we asked different pillows. Then there was a roach on our bed, thank god I only saw it on our last night, I couldn’t even sleep. I would not recommend this hotel. The location was good though, cross the street from a mall.
