Nice hotel with excellent food

Hotel is in a good location and right next to a mall for convenience. Rooms were spacious but a little rundown. I tried to take a bath the first day and the water was yellow. They said it was because of a broken pipe. Also, the curtains and windows were very dirty and didn’t rise and Lower correctly. The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning.

2 night holiday stay

Nice 2 day stay over NYE. Enjoyed the great food, drinks and service at the Club Level Lounge. Thank-you for the birthday cake left in my room. That was a nice touch as was the 2025 sweet plate with chocolates. Pool was clean and not over crowded. Overall a nice respite from the hectic city atmosphere of Cebu.

The accommodations were very nice. My complaints are with the elevators whose door close far too quickly! I got squeezed and it was painful; my uncle was also caught on another occasion. The safety sensors on the doors need to be adjusted to avoid any further injuries. Also, the side staircase providing access to the mall does not accommodate for persons with disabilities.

I loved our stay at the Radisson Blu Cebu. The only issue we had (small), was that the room had a bit of a musty smell. After requesting a dehumidifier, the room was much better. I highly recommend this hotel, just ask for a dehumidifier if you run into the same problem. 😊
