More suited for corporate clients. Not warm or hospitable enough for someone on a vacation. The front desk doesn't even smile or not even a "Welcome to our property" etc. Staff interaction was quite soulless (the kind you would expect in a corporate environment), no small talks. Breakfast had options but food wasn't that good. In-room dining - Mango float and chocolate ice cream were disgusting. Food is overpriced and taste is terrible. The pool was shut for maintenance. The only good thing at the property was perhaps the gym and the spa (Although way overpriced but for a 5 star property, decent). I wouldn't stay again if I were coming to Cebu for a Vacation.

Why stay anywhere else? BTW, if you stay there you MUST stay on the 20th floor. They had actual blue cheese you cut with a knife and add to your salad. Tons of stuff. There’s a big mall RIGHT across the street, it’s big but it’s also modern and chic. Eat at Max there. Order pork sweet and sour rice bowl. Only bad thing is staff is SOOO nice you feel guilty

Centrally located hotel with adjacent mall. Excellent and attentive staff. Great breakfast buffet likely the best in the city and beyond. The only drawback ? The hotel pool is out of service and seems itll be that way for a long time

Practical Amenities

Comfortable and spacious, with easy access to the lounge area. Disappointed that the fitness room did not have cross trainer, but did have plenty of other equipment. Nearby shops in SM Mall very convenient too.

Much of my stay at this Radisson was pleasant, the room was excellent, the buffet was exceptional, its proximity to SM was enjoyable. I just really find it very annoying that their pool was in a state of indefinite maintenance during our stay, something that was communicated to me couple of days before our arrival, too late for us to cancel and find replacement property to stay. They just have to be more honest about something very basic and important like a pool. Coming from the US, my wife and I were so looking forward relaxing in a swimming pool in a tropical setting. It was very disappointing to say the least.
