Simple rooms with AC and fan. Shower was good. Doormen were always opening door and catching cabs for you. Nice location close to Mango Ave, Ayala and IT Park. Had an upper floor room on the road, wasn't too noisy. I always wear earplugs in busy areas. Would stay again if in the city. Good price for what you get.

Hotel should not operate; idk how they got that mid high rating. The only good were the staff and security but the hotel? worst room i’ve ever been and for over $100 for 2 nights? WORST experience! - no phone inside; not even 1 water to drink; no extra at all; TOWELS that are like 100 yrs old, very rough already and dark-white colored; should already retire as trash or shower floor wipes. This hotel should be classified as hostel it even motel for it’s very bad rooms/accommodations. I want my money back!

The room was in an okay condition but had a funky smell. We made a complaint with no help, so we left the window open and the AC on and the smell went away eventually. It is an economy hotel. The room was pretty small, there was no place to hang our clothes, no drawers to unpack them in. Our favorite hotel was booked because of a large celebration in Cebu at the time (Sinulog Festival). The location is great. Staff was kind and a nice little coffee shop on the bottom floor.
