One of the best hotels I've been to. It states 3 stars but felt like 4 stars at least. Staff was great and the housekeeping was excellent. At the mall so very convenient. Haven't used their fitness and pool so no comment. Overall no complaints. Highly recommend

This is a very popular hotel so the elevators do require some patience when they’re busy other than that this is a wonderful clean hotel perfectly situated for the ferry port. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the bar and restaurant area because it is also literally in the shopping mall that it shares its name with. We will definitely stay here again.

My stay at the summit

Hitel and staff was excellent l, however, tv only had 2 english speaking channels that looped and was the same old news over and over again. Menu was limited. Water in the shower was always cold.

Perfect stay

The location is perfect and so is the customer service from the staff. Also the restaurant/breakfast area staff are incredibly helpful. Stephen from the waiting staff in the hotel went out of his way to get me ‘Bulalo’ because I wanted it for dinner. A big thank you to the team. There’s also a mall attached to the hotel where you can pretty much get whatever you want and also a number of eateries.
