Very busy at check- in which despite being pre-paid took 30 minutes to be served. Not enough staff on reception/ Check-in. Facilities are generally good however the pool area was poor, very tired looking needs repainting ng and new surface around the pool also the main feature waterfall was not working I think under renovation. Be aware that this is a convention hotel on our last night a National Lawyers convention started with 4,000 delegates which meant that all the resources were crowded and the staff stretched. For breakfast on the last day the restaurant was so full there where tables spilling into the corridor/ lobby area. I was pleased we were checking out that day

Waterfront casino - dont

It may have been unfortunate timing with chinese new year and graduations but i have NO positives for this accomodation 30 minutes to check in, no wifi (i spent over 4 hours trying to fix this), staff were hideously over worked and untrained, room service was ridiculously expensive ( pizza was soggy, salmon was over cooked) and 30 minutes to check out. Props to manager Michael for trying to help but the corpse had rigor mortis and could not be salvaged. The rooms are old and the decor dated, corridors were filled with noise. I booked a deuxe room and my view was the cooling towers for the air con. Truly dreadful

I was a little bummed the famous waterfall was broken, but otherwise a ver comfortable stay and right by IT park where there's lots of neat food spots and malls. A major plus. The staff was amazing and kind, would stay again

Good location

It’s a nice hotel. The pool was a bit rundown but still a large pool I enjoyed. The casino doesn’t take credit card (at least when I as there). Centrally located, convenient.

The Hotel is Great!!!Staffs are polite and really doing their jobs..Its really convenient for me coz US consular office is located in the lower lobby of the hotel,which helps a lot of time. I love the room but just notice we font have slippers inside the room which is we really need coz its so cold inside our room..But overall,its really a good hotel to stay..😊

Property and staff was great. Room was nice and clean and had a wonderful sleep every night. Really nice gym and pool was great. Buffet breakfast was really bad. Food was cold and dried out and the same food was served day after day.

I booked this hotel for their nice pool, but the best half of the pool and the hot tub was closed for Construction. Yet there was no obvious signs of work being done or materials being stored for such work, There was no logical reason to close the hot. tube. Also the spa was rather ghetto looking, My wife had to have the massage woman come to our room.
