The rooms at this hotel are wonderful. The bed was so amazingly comfortable I fell asleep almost immediately and the pillows were perfect. I was excited to try the breakfast as it got such good reviews, but there was a long line already at 6:30 due to the Hotshots stating there but that was awesome. We just didn’t want to wait around too long. Had to get on the road. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Just ok

The hotel is doing a lot of construction. We expected something nicer for the money we paid. The room had everything we needed and breakfast was decent but it had no ambiance. Just a higher end motel.

Nice amenities

A nice stop along the way during a longer road trip. The pool and hot tub were a great place to relax while husband did remote work. The breakfast was great.

Beautifully updated and clean. Austin was very cordial and informative about the amenities at check in. The lobby was under construction but not a big deal. The only complaint was that the television kept disconnecting from the WiFi and the lighting could be a bit warmer. I would stay again if passing through.

This property is not a 4 star hotel. They use selective photos and are misleading about this being a 4 star. This is a motel that would be 2 stars max. When I mentioned something multiple times they just get defensive and increase the high pitch retail customer service voice while stating they are number one rated hotel in cedar city, which again does not constitute 4 stars. The breakfast is Continental + at best. Microwave bacon, biscuits that were hard as hockey pucks and pastry that was inedible. The bathroom in the room is not what they show in the pictures. It’s a 20+ year old bathroom that feels like you’re in something worse than a motel 6. The soap dispensers look like they came off of an RV or campground bathroom. Work crews/guests outside the rooms smoking and drinking, leaving trash, cigarette ash’s and beer bottles around. Everytime I mentioned something it was a problem. They lie, mislead and do nothing to make you feel like they actually care or hear you. The pillows and blankets are hard and scratchy. I mean the only thing that was nice is that the rugs were new lol and I will say the room was clean to be fair. But I do not appreciate being mislead and then being treated like I’m some hard to deal with Yankee city guy, if they don’t want comments like mine then they shouldn’t lie to everyone and say they are 4 star because people who stay at 4 star and 5 star properties have actual expectations.
