The property has posts that its being remodeled, im not sure where but it really needs it. Everything is either stained, chipping or old. The mattress and beddings are horrid. The indoor pool is not heated and the jacuzzi jets did not work. The whole pool area looks very run down with paint peeling everywhere. The one plus side is they have a decent breakfast included.

Bad experience in cedar city Utah

Television went out every 15 minutes. Iron didn’t heat up. Put us in a room that was half painted and still under construction. Went down to desk to report issues and stood there for 1/2 hours with no one showing up. Went back later still no one there for another 10 minutes

My stay was booked by mistake at this property. I was assured by Expedia and the night staff that I would be getting a refund and to call the next morning for my refund. I called first thing and the poor woman at Expedia had to tell me the manager, Sara was unkind and would absolutely not refund my stay. I felt so bad that the woman at Expedia was caught in the middle after the gentleman I had spoken with the night before was told I would be "getting a guaranteed refund". I never checked into this hotel or stayed here, yet I am charged $229.43. I would never stay at this location due to the way this manager handled this situation. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and also filed a claim with the travel insurance I purchased for my trip. I totally get I am the one who made the mistake, but don't have your staff guarantee a refund and then be unpleasant to the Expedia rep and deny it first thing. It just left such a terrible taste in my mouth.

access from the freeway was easy, gas etc: nearby clean and good BKFT in the a.m but small children were rude running down the hallway, parents in need of being in charge. otherwise great stay.

The price was outstanding and the room was clean and fairly orderly. We were on the 3rd floor which looked to be undergoing major renovation. Rooms were unlocked and there was quite a mess. I figured that was why the low rate. The microwave needed a 1/2 inch cardboard under one leg it was extremely wobbly. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Their front desk agent in the morning was very busy I didn't see her most times even when I rang the bell. At breakfast there was no coffee. Guests were referred to the outside hallway for coffee but it quickly ran out. The dining tables at breakfast were also extremely wobbly. I moved my daughter and I to a third table that wasn't as wobbly. I appreciated the low rate and the agent was friendly but seemed to be doing other things. The area was safe. I would stay again at this great rate.

Breakfast was good and they have a pet park area…although it had a lot of unscooped poop. We checked in late and got a room on the reno floor which was filthy and unsafe. The room stunk like paint and wasn’t finished. Amenities didn’t work.
