Great breakfast options and it was all fresh. Motel was located near the freeway. So easy access on and off for travelers. Not much parking for travelers with trucks with trailers or bigger vehicles. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, clean and very spacious. Pool is not heated and the hot tub did not work properly, but it was hot. Hot tub & pool area close at 10pm.

Upon returning home, I found that I had been charged an extra $25. I called the hotel 4 times about this, each time only reaching the front desk, and was told various reasons why the general manager was unavailable. Apparently they charged me for having a pet, but I did not have a pet. When asked at check-in if I had a pet, I said no, but the front desk person hardly even looked at me through the process. If she had, she would have seen I did not have a pet with me. In my phone calls to them, I was told I was in a pet room, but I did not book a pet room through Expedia, I did not request one of the hotel, and I did not know I was in a "pet room". With each of the 4 calls I made, I was told that my information would be passed on, twice I was told specifically on to the general manager. I never heard back from anyone and the incorrect charge was never removed. I will never stay at this hotel again, even though the room was clean and fine (I left a tip for the cleaners).

The room design was cold and poorly done. Paint on the carpet, unfinished lighting, poor repairs in the bathroom. We were placed in handicap room where the shower just leaked into the floor of the bathroom. The walls were very thin and we could hear the next room's conversations. The beds were not comfortable.

Security lock did not exist it was broken. Window glass was significantly broken. Bathroom shower was disgusting. I know we booked thru a third party but come on! Also we have stayed here many times before. Truly disappointed.

The refrigerator in our room did not work. It was plugged in & we adjusted the temperature & it did not work at all. Which we needed since we had our 2 yr old & her milk needed to be kept cold. Our bathroom did not have a door. We told the front desk & they did nothing but say sorry. When we looked out our room window, there were multiple water heaters and old refrigerators. You could tell they had been there for years. The bed was comfortable but I won't be staying there again due to the way they did nothing about the fridge & bathroom door.
