hotels.com drop the ball

it was great except for the pool wasn't open. It was under construction. The Hotels.com website said it was open, but the Holiday Inn website said it was closed and I didn't check that, but I expected Hotels.com to do that for me.

Gave me the room for pet at first

First they asked me if I have pet. And I said no. But they still gave me the room for pet and it was so smell. So my wife request the room for no pet. And that one was ok.

Overall a pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too. Would recommend to others and stay here again!
