The hotel looked haunted. The lobby smelled like mold. After numerous attempts, no one came to the front counter. I walked away and got a reservation at another hotel.

Awful place.

It’s a very old place and it needs to be torn down. The bathroom door install is as upside down. Holes around the shower head. The furniture was so old it was lumpy. The door front door did not lock properly and it’s was noisy all night long.

Clean room , nice bathroom. Pool and spa was open till 10pm . It was quiet , got a good night sleep, breakfast was included and there was a good selection: eggs , potatoes. Waffles. Bagels , cereal, juice, coffee. I would definitely stay there again

Arrived at 11:30 at night to no one there to check us in. Called and texted but no answer. Front attendant finally showed up 15+ min later. Super sweet guy but we were so tired and wanted to get checked in. Got us checked in and when we got to our room, there was bags of garbages and towels in the middle of the room, lights were on, bed had dirty sheets and wasn’t made. We went back to the front desk and the guy was gone again. Finally got settled into a clean room around 12:30am.

Shockingly Bad

At check-in, nobody was at the front desk for over 10 minutes. The location / room was extremely dirty. There were crumbs and hair in the sheets, and our socks were completely black from the floor within minutes of arriving. The pool door malfunctioned and my kids were locked inside. When I went to the front desk to alert staff, again, no one was there. My kids had to be helped out of the pool area through a window. This could’ve been much worse if they were younger children.

I have stayed here quite a few times and it meets my needs. The breakfast is limited, but is fine. Had a problem getting cable channels and was told someone would come by and take care of it. I was there and never received a visit. I’m glad I had a book to read. Bathroom door in my room was extremely tight so you didn’t dare close it. Wi-fi was fine and strong. Had microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Owner seems nice. Good location and far enough from the busy street that I didn’t hear noise. City gets really quiet at night which is a plus. Overall decent place for the price but could use a breakfast upgrade. And on a three-day stay I really want cable TV. I asked twice and got blown off. Hot tub is a plus but doesn’t open until 4pm.
