I understand you get what you pay for, but not only was the location a little sketchy but the staff was incredibly rude. Rude over the phone when asking questions about an early check-in a week before, and rude in person when we showed up for our APPROVED early check in. We would’ve probably stayed here even with the issue we faced when we showed up but the staff’s attitude killed it for us. We left and got a different hotel.

We stayed in a remodeled room. Beds and linen had not been updated. Location was out by itself with no restaurants near. New TV was not programmed. but great TV. Ice machine was out of order.

The Room was dirty. The floor looked as if it wasn’t swept or mopped. The toilet seat was about to fall off. Room has a hot tub in it that had hair and dirt in it. When plugging in phone charger behind nightstand discovered chips on the floor that were covered in dirt. Plus upon check in the lady at the front said I had to pay a 50 dollar deposit due to paying on line. If this room was refundable I would’ve went somewhere else.

The room was rotting, dirty, and damaged. It did NOT match the consortium in the photos. We found it uninhabitable and left. I was promised a refund when they apologized for the room. It never came.

I didn’t stay at this hotel. They still charged me because of the 24 hour cancellation policy, but when I saw the condition of the hotel and the surrounding properties I would never stay there with my kids. The on-line pictures are incredibly misleading. Don’t book here.

Electrical plus we’re worn out. Light switch in bathroom would not stay on. Could be a shock hazard or fire hazard. No extra toilet paper roll and tissue in the holder. Could see to the out side around the door. Poor lighting in parking lot.

Easy to get to. The room had peeling paint in places, window had no screen. Heater/AC unit only blew cold air even when it was in the heat mode and set at 74-75 degrees.

Doesn’t make the Wyndham name proud

The carpet was dirty old.There was no hand towel. The linoleum in the bathroom was stained. Washcloth was dirty. Walls by the bathroom were damaged. Didn’t make for a comfortable stay. I didn’t even take a shower because of all this.
