Toilet was loose. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Room had a stale/moldy smell to it. Door to room did not close all the way itself, had to be pulled/pushed shut. All these problems were brought to front desks attention. Bed was hard as a rock.

This place put my girlfriend who has a Terminal Lung Disease in a room with black mold in the bathroom told us it wasn’t black mold which it is and said that Instead of a different room we probably would have too find somewhere else because if it’s black mold it’s probably in other rooms as well. They refused a refund it’s been a couple days and we are still waiting! 0/10 would not recommend

I noticed some disturbing things right after checking in. When I entered the room I saw that the furniture was run down and covered with stains. The bathroom was dirty in particular the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a while and the shower had dirt leftover from previous use. The worst part was when I pulled back the sheets and noticed a blood stain. When I asked the front desk for clean sheets it took almost 10 minutes to find clean sheets.

There’s a hot tub in your pictures online but no hot tub anymore. Breakfast was just ok. Otherwise the stay was fine and good for the price.
