I had an extreme disappointment with my recent reservation at your establishment. The property's condition significantly deviated from the advertised images and fell far short of expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness and safety. Upon arrival, the lobby floors were visibly soiled, and the parking area presented an unsanitary and unkempt appearance, with significant litter and an overpowering odor. Overgrown weeds, approximately three feet in height, further contributed to a neglected and unsafe environment. Inside the room, the musty odor and stained carpeting were immediately apparent. The bedding was unacceptably unclean, with visible hair on the bed and worn blankets. These conditions created a significant safety concern for my family, leading to our immediate departure and cancellation of our stay. Despite returning the keys, I have yet to receive a refund for my reservation or the security deposit. I request your urgent attention to this matter and a full explanation regarding the discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the actual condition of the property, as well as a resolution concerning the non-refund of my payment.

Our kids loved the pool area! The pool was clean and the water was at a great temperature. The hot tub was hot, and the jets worked. Grandpa loved the dry sauna. Walking all the way to the breakfast and pool area from our rooms required using a skybridge on the fourth floor. It was a bit of a walk. We wished the hotel had rooms closer to the amenities. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was quiet and we all slept well.

Interesting in Iowa

Access to the gym was amazing and was very unique in relationship to other hotels. Only complaint about the gym is there's no air conditioning/air flow and we wonder when the last time it was cleaned. Hotel is in a great location. Halls had no air circulation and a moldy smell, main restroom outside of the front lobby was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been washed in days. Billiard table and equipment aren't maintained. Breakfast was less than desirable--food had been left out for a long time, dated dining room. The new Mexican food restaurant next to the hotel was delicious.

Not the best “best” western

There was trash in the hallways, not picked up 18 hours later and strung down the stairwell. Lobby was dank and musty smelling. Fans were out like they had water damage but the clerk said it was because it was hot. He was full of it because the carpet was soggy.

So sad our experience was as bad as it was. The property is so unkept. It would never pass a Covid inspection. We paid for upgraded suites and it resulted in us feeling like we lived in an apartment complex because the owners family lives in the suites above the ones they rent out. The smell of ethic foods and moth balls was so strong we went and bought candles and air sanitizer just to make it manageable. I will never stay here again, or likely not at a best western again. Yuck!

When we first arrived no staff was there to check in. The outside was rundown but the inside looks updated in most spots. The room was updated except for the bathroom. Bathrooms are very small. I did not have the free breakfast but one is available.

It was extremely outdated. Pictures posted show it bright and airy. However everything was brown and dark. Very difficult to get from one side of the hotel to the other. The rooms were fine. Bathrooms were very small but the actual room was a decent size.
