Pros-The location is great & the astethics are wonderful. I love the openness of the staff & facilities. The coffeshop is adorable. The cons- the auto light went out while i was in the shower. In hindsight, i think the towel was blocking my movement before i went in. Also, our bed wasn't made or our room cleaned. We had to call down for sheets & towels. I should have asked for a new room but didn't notice our bathroom wasn't cleaned until later. But it's a cute hotel, maybe we just had bad luck. Everything else is great.

Conveniently located; front desk person was amazing and offered us a room with a view. The lobby is beautiful, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use some updating; the shower curtain did not close all the way. For $165 a night, it would be nice if the hotel offered at least a self-serving station of coffee and cream in the morning.

Always love the Graduate Hotels, and our check in and parking were a breeze, but our toilet wouldn’t flush and overflowed while there. Perhaps it’s due to the older building, and we were up on one of the top floors, but we had to turn the water off and let housekeeping know so it didn’t cause a major issue for the other guests or staff.
