We were just in town for an overnight. The room was clean, but generally run down. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were quite awful. The couch was tattered and worn. I would not stay again.

2 night stay. Was a wonderful experience. Beautiful hotel. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Saturday morning breakfast staff was amazing. Very friendly and kind to all guest. Friday AM desk staff was also excellent. Very welcoming and kind to all.

The property was wonderful. We love this hotel. It's Expedia that SUCKS. We'll never book through Expedia again! Expedia took our money at booking, then tried to pay the hotel with a declined credit card. We arrived at the hotel tired and ready to check in but instead had to sit on the phone in the lobby, mostly on hold, with Expedia waiting to to have the situation resolved before we could check in. They finally fixed the situation but offered nothing for the massive inconvenience.

Staff was extremely Friendly throughout our stay. It was a great place for our three couples to stay & spend time together. The table on rollers was great for our game we brought to play in our room…extra nice benefit for space.

Reserved an accessible room for my 4 year old wheelchair user. On check in, we were asked if we meant to reserve an accessible room because they only have ONE in the entire hotel. The room was on the top floor at the very end of the hall (which is the opposite of accessible). The room smelled like wet dog, so we had to keep requesting air fresheners. As mentioned, it’s the only accessible room on property so it wasn’t an option to ask for a different room. The room itself was clean and large enough to allow her to maneuver around in her chair… but smelled awful. Breakfast was average. One waffle machine, 2 sandwich options and a couple other odds and ends (cereal, fruit, toast). Wasn’t a horrible experience but I wouldn’t stay again.

Our room smelled musky, there were stains on the rug, desk chair, the couch was old and the cushions were ripped. The rooms were spacious but the silverware and utensils in the room were dirty and the bathroom tiles and floors need some deep cleaning. It’s time to get rid of the rugs and replace the furniture. The bed was not comfortable and the blanket felt like a curtain. A comforter or more comfortable blanket would have been nice!
