Breakfast was excellent, good variety and quality. The view from the 11th floor was stunning. I felt very safe and had a great time walking to all the restaurants and attractions I wanted to see.

Amazing sleep bc of great bedding and mattress .

Very confortable bed - linens with no scent which I love just clean no overpowering scent from detergent which I have encountered at some hotels and I can’t sleep and get a migraine firm so I appreciate the soft linens with zero scent - thank you - ever ever ever so soft comfortable down pillows - I had great sleep and excellent blackout shades- for these reasons wow I will be staging at Hyatt way way more now !

avoid hotels.com and Hyatt Place

horrific experience with Hotels.com and Hyatt Place. Hyatt Place changed their min night policy, misrepresented my 1 night stay as two and hotels.com proposed a work around refund in writing that they refuse to honor on the back end. Room was in bad shape - shades broken and kleenex box left empty. Use a different app altogether & stay at a different hotel for your 4 yrs of school visits.
