Great customer service the staff was very welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and smelled very good. There a shopping center within walking distance. Many restaurant's to go eat in the area. Will stay there again in the near future.

The property was very clean. The staff was very nice. We even forgot a speaker there and they were honest enough to put it behind the desk and allows us to to come pick it up. That’s great service and honesty. We will be back.

The property is a great place to stay, just beware of them jacking up prices for events. Normal room is $75, but charged $220 a night because of the football game.

There was never an employee at the front desk. It was so frustrating having to call and call and call to try and find an employee. We did not have any hot or even warm water. We had cold showers. It was awful.

The room had a kitchen and premium cable channels on the tv. The room had been cleaned with vinegar and there was visible streaks on items in the room and the common hallways/elevator. The bathroom had a non functioning fan. The staff I encountered was not very welcoming. Breakfast is only offered on the weekends. Overall, I would pass on staying here again.
