Virginia was sooo nice and super helpful!! The room was very dated. Furniture very worn. Still fries and other item on floor from whoever stayed there previously. Conditioner was empty to toiletries are not being replaced. We love coming here for our childrens birthday would love if they updated and cleaned.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The hotel probably needs to be updated but it is well maintained and everything works. Our room was a sort of mini suite with a TV in each room. Nice! Two things could be improved in my opinion. First, I'd like to see some vending machines for snacks and drinks. Secondly, the breakfast needs some better options for lighter dining. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, white bread is what you get. All in all, it was a good stay and I will definitely consider staying again.

No fridge or microwave so we couldnt bring food back or heat anything up. Key card wouldnt work after the first time. Room was dirty and cob webs everywhere like it hadnt been used in a long time. $100 cleaning deposit was taken out without being advertised. Very disappointed in this hotel for the price i paid.

Check in went well. However, when we got to our room, we noticed there was no refrigerator and no hair dryer. The front desk went to work right away to correct both of these missed amenities. The hotel was very full and finding a working refrigerator was difficult but they got it done. The only thing we did not like about our stay was the noise. There must have been a party just down the hall from our room that went well into the early morning. Even with the noise, we will definitely consider staying there again.

Our room was nice, spacious, and quiet even though there were lots of people in the lobby area you didn't hear them. The downfall is there check in time is 4:00 pm, seems late. We had asked for an early check in. They said they didn't have a room and then 3 seconds later they did, so seems to be some miscommunication.

Lovely hotel but bar and restaurant out of service
This is a lovely hotel but it's a shame that their bar and restaurant weren't in service. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. And strange to have two sinks in the room but no soap. Within walking distance of other dining options, which was helpful. Overall, we found it a good value.
