Booked and PAID for 2 nights. Couldn’t make it first night. Showed up sending day and was told my reservation was cancelled even though I paid!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Stinks in every way possible

VERY dissatisfied with our stay. Long story short cleanliness was a major issue. Staff attempted to move us 3 times. 1st room no A/C. 2nd room stayed a few days & tried to work out a resolution daily. I had to purchase a broom just to clean the floor. TV did not work in the 2nd room. Dog feces was left on the floor in the hallway. Supposed to have stayed 7 days & only made it 3. Walked through dog urine in the entryway. Hallway smelled of strong cigarette smoke, marijuana and dog feces. Staffed had friends loitering in lobby nightly & was an uncomfortable situation to be placed in. Final straw was a safety issue where current A/C unit started on fire while I was away. Burned through part of the A/C prongs, the plug in & left a charred hole. Staff wanted to move us upstairs & unable to do so due to health. They left us in that room for almost 2 hours with no resolution. I booked through a 3rd party & Motel 6 did not want to give me any credit for stay at first. Then agreed the nights I wouldn't be there & "graciously" for the current night. I HADN'T been in the room all day & walked into a safety hazard! This was not a solution. Manager was not willing to work with me & stated that they tried to move me & that was all the accommodation that they could offer. Strongly recommend finding other options.

My stay at Motel 6 was horrible. My room was never cleaned. They never offered it. The manager general manager continuously went into my room without my permission without my knowing my ESA came up missing my ESA cat came up missing for about up to a week. She refused to assist me in finding my cat And then refuse others that were employed there to help me find my cat however, I had one worker that did find my cat for me and called me when she refused to give them my number to call me she refused everything for me and I think she’s a racist person because she has something to say about every black person that came there And I witness awkward conversations that she’s had with several people of different colors when they came in and offered their money for services. She always has something to say about them are the way they were dressing.

Very dirty. Very tired state. The room was good for what we needed, but was definitely smelly and dirty. It was rated at a 7 which was better than the last Motel 6 we stayed at, but this one wasn't anything better than that one.
