Hotel is very run down. No working lights in pool area & when sun goes down have to leave as cannot see kids in pool. Hot tub not working and covered up. Emergency door to exit outaide pool are locked. Gnats in hotel room. Most security doors or side entrances do not work & anyone can enter. Outside of hotel needs cleaned up. At least front desk and cleaning staff very friendly.

We had a television set that did not work. We called the front desk and was told if we unplugged it, then plugged it back in, it should reset and work properly. It did not work any of the three times we unplugged the power cord, then plugged it in again. We had a function away from the hotel and on our way out, reported to the front desk employee that we still did not have a working television in our room. We were told someone would go to our room and take a look. We returned more than six hours later, but still no working TV. At about 9 a.m. the next morning there was a knock on our door from someone wanting to look at the television set. We were minutes away from checking out, so that wasn't convenient for us, and by that time, we didn't really care if it got fixed. We weren't offered a discount or a different room.

The bed mattress super old and hard. The shower chair was damaged with a whole in it with hard pieces popping up from it. If someone were to use it they would get a scratch or a cut from it. When I said something to the front desk this morning he didn't seem to care. The rest of the staff was great but would not consider using this hotel in the future.

One of the office staff lives there and let her kids run up and down the halls. Starting as early as 5:30AM! We stayed on the first floor and that's all you could hear above us for HOURS!

The hotel didn’t have our full reservation.We had for 2 rooms and they only had for 1 .And that was graduation weekend when everything was fully booked .The lady by the front desk was super nice and she was able to give us room without working tv but that was better than nothing .I had both reservations on Expedia app ,but they did not have it on their end .That was very awkward .Besides this Expedia problem ,the hotel was super nice with very comfortable beds and breakfast variety.

Series of dissapointments

Didnt get the king we booked. However gal gave us a discount and upgraded to a suite. That was appreciated. However, cards would bit work in the doors locking is out 4 different times. Took us almost 30 min to get into room a vouple times due to front deak not being manned. Toilet stopped flushing, grounds oround building are in desperate need of mowing weeds waist high.
