It was a nice, economical stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, the staff was helpful and kind, and the complimentary breakfast was good. My only concern was that Expedia did not notify of a $25/pet fee at the time of booking.

our TV did not work in our room and they did give us another room. But the second room had one queen size bed, and one smaller bed... Even though I paid for two queens. Pretty disappointed in our stay here in the fact that we paid $279 for a two star hotel.

The AC didn't work; it barely blew any cool air. There were black bugs crawling around in the bathroom. There was no screen on the third story window that opened completely. For the amount of money I spent for one night, I would expect far more.

Our room was borderline dirty. The shelf underneath the sink looked like it hasn't been dusted in months. The TV was tiny and the corresponding remote had no back, the batteries were taped in with electrical tape. The worst of it all was the ac/heater unit. It was corroded and rusty looking. We won't stay there ever again.

Hotel condition and amenities equal those of a much higher price. Breakfast included eggs, sausage and waffles as well as the more common cereal and breads.

The room, price, staff, property, and everything was great EXCEPT the breakfast. I would pass on that if I were you. Milk was rancid, and eggs were like rubber. Otherwise great place to stay!

The first room did not have a working refrigerator and they moved us. The next room had bed bugs. I took a video and went downstairs and cancelled. Awful!

We had reservation for 5 nights but, stayed only one night. This hotel need serious upgrade. my family was in town for a funeral and they had rooms also and all checked out after the first night. We should be compensated tor this Harbor night stay Wilson Brown 337-578-7700
