Check in was great staff was welcoming. Never saw her rest of the time and the rest of the staff was standoff-ish. Things felt run down just doing enough to get by. Nothing was updated. Had a singular towel rod edge installed in bathroom not the full rod held with 2 end caps. Just 1 end cap.

There was very long periods and time where the guy at the front desk was not there. The showerhead was about 5 1/2 feet tall. I’m 6 foot four and my key card would not allow me access to the exercise room that was included in my stay.

Very few channels worked on the tv. We asked at check in how late the pool was open...but than later that night found out the pool was actually closed, this was not convenient for a family with smaller kids. Very little food for breakfast. Outside was littered with cigarette butts.

Nice quiet place to stay for work
I have been staying here through the week for work. If I have a problem they correct it immediately and are very accommodating. Only downside has nothing to do with hotel just inconsiderate people who still smoke cigarettes in smoke free hotels and marijuana. But you seem to find that most hotels anymore.

The place felt really sketchy which was really disappointing because i did a lot of research and the pictures definitely were not the real deal. Stains on the pillows and top blanket. Found a couple bugs in our room. AC didn't work. I had called ahead to see if they accepted cash and they didn't bother to tell me it was a $100 deposit to use cash. Tried to get anything back because we didn't feel safe and the room was very much unsatisfactory and they said it was "nonrefundable". Would not recommend.

Very disappointing for the name sure stay
One of the lights in the room did not work. Most of the lights in the pool room was not working. The jets in the pool that keeps the water in motion didn't work. The chlorine smell was extremely strong. The toilet in our room had trouble flushing. Housekeeping kept disturbing us at inopportune times even after we said we didn't need them. The vending machine by our room didn't work. The satellite was MISERABLE. The deadbolt on our door was iffy. Free breakfast was flavorless juice and muffins.
