Very accommodating staff. Instructed where to safely park the car (limited traffic zone). If driving,advice: locate hotel, unload your bags, register, park your vehicle. Very clean, charming and romantic. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The room was big and clean but needed some additional attention for a top rating. The mini bar was empty with no water in the room. There were no glasses provided in the room either...just a tired paper cup in the empty refrigerator. The breakfast buffet was not as varied or as good as in the other hotels that we stayed in during our stay in Sicily and the breakfast staff was pretty absent and uninterested in the clients. The front desk was very helpful in booking a cab for us before we arrived but not so friendly once we got there. The location is very very convenient- with a little effort the hotel could be great.

We stayed for two nights here and we would absolutely recommend it to other travellers. The location is in the heart of the old town, literally steps to exceptional sea side dining options, boutique shopping, and a beautiful quiet area on the beach to enjoy. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is spotless and safe. Excellent choice that allowed us to maximize our time in this stunning sea side community.

A great place to stay

I loved it there. It was perfectly located to walk to all areas of old town and was not too far from the gate so if you want to walk to the old harbor or beyond, it works. I could easily go back to the room to change or drop something. It is close to the beach, duomo and shopping. People running the desk were helpful. Had a nice little balcony and great AC. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great location. Because the property is in the heart of the old city, parking and even getting luggage to the hotel is a potential issue. But the hotel provides a shuttle service (for a cost) to and from the remote parking area. Clean. Good hot water. Nice place

Almost a stop in the shower, so you're standing in a pool of water. Our a/c was also weird, making noice during the night. Pretty thin walls so could here when the neighbor took a shower. Otherwise very clean and good location

We knew the hotel was in a restricted traffic area, so we drove as far as we could and called the front desk who redirected us to a gated parking lot behind an electronics store. Once there we called back and asked for the shuttle, no shuttle you have to call a cab, we requested they call and shortly after were picked up.on check out learned they not only charge for parking but the cab fare as well. One serious thing we thought was for heaven’s sake throw out the carpet in the elevator and replace it with tile. It stinks like a cross between a dirty dog and urine. No wonder everyone used the stairs.

The hotel was centrally located in the old section of Cefalu and was a great location for shopping and eating. The hotel itself was average at best. It was clean but the hallway had a sewer odor and the shower drain didn’t drain very fast causing the shower pan to fill up. The breakfast was not wonderful and there are so many great coffee shops around it was fine to eat somewhere else. Also know that since it is in the main shopping and dining areas, it’s very loud at night and in the morning.
