The property is beautiful but there was a wedding there during our stay. People fighting in the hallway late at night and someone got sick on the rug in the hallway. Staff needs to better monitor common areas. Also guest above us very noisy.

We love everything about this property. The landscaping is amazing with all the beautiful flowers. The food at the restaurants is delicious! We loved the band at the Carousel restaurant, too! The staff is friendly and professional. It was very clean. The views of the lake are breathtaking. We will be back.

The property grounds were great. The only issue was not their fault, but in late summer, algae blooms are pretty ugly around the waterway. If the algae could be harvested to make the area even more pleasant

Pretty hotel

Pool is a gem, beautiful lakeside pool and outdoor bar. The property is gorgeous. A little overpriced for the area. We requested a Lakeview room and that was not given. Still a very nice , clean room, comfortable bed. The free coffee at the end of the hall ran out fast, had to go to other floors to locate it. Free parking. Ubered to a concert at Chautauqua Institution, 30 minute ride from hotel.
