We loved staying here, the food, surf, staff and facilities were all amazing. We stayed with our two children (7&8 years) and they loved it also. Highly recommend.
The hotel was closing for renovation the day after we left. There were no staff, only the manager. Our room was not cleaned, we had to ask for a room key, towels, toilet paper. The satellite tv wasn’t hooked up.
Our stay at the Palms was wonderful. The atmosohere is very relaxed, beautiful rustic hotel, amazing sunsets everyday. The owners are very kind and so is the staff. We coulnt have been happier to stay there and felt sad to leave.
No respetaron nuetra última noche de reserva. Nos dieron la opción de devolvernos el dinero y que buscaramos otro hotel, lo cuál significaba perder tiempo de nuestras vacacines o cambiarnos a otro hotel de inferior categoría devolviendo la diferencia que obviamente se producía. Nos vimos obligados a aceptar esto último pasando el final de nuestras vacaciones en la isla Ceningan en un hotel que yo jamás habría elegido.
Dejo en claro que la reserva y el pago del hotel la hice en el mes de Enero y viajamos en Junio por lo que hubiese esperado como mínimo acto de responsabilidad, un mail o llamada del hotel para informarnos sobre la dificultad que tenían y así con tiempo haber podido buscar otra alternativa de hotel de la categoría que a mi me gusta.
Pésima experiencia. Por su falta de responsabilidad nos hicieron pasar la peor experiencia de nuestro viaje.
