Great for what we needed it for

Stayed at property for a funeral. Check in was quick. Hotel public areas and rooms are clean. Room service/cleaning was upon request. Good breakfast with standard Holiday Inn Express items. Breakfast closed a bit early at 9 AM. Breakfast items varied from day to day. Bathroom sink faucet handle was loose making it difficult to select right temperature. Door stop behind bathroom door was torn off wall. Television would lose connectivity intermittently. We brought leftovers from restaurant and deck clerk graciously gave us plates and utensils so we could heat up and eat our food. Elevators work but are always slow arriving at requested floor.

They Kept my security deposit

The hotel is decent , room was clean , bed was comfortable, however , I bought 2 pks of rose petals from dollar tree & dressed up the bed for my boyfriend’s birthday , that cost me my $100 security deposit . Y’all could have it , never seeing me again . Bye

Love this hotel. Staff has "New York Attitude" Great Breakfast which is attributable to Holiday Inn Express brand not to this particular hotel. Hotel is very clean, quiet. Elevators work very good.

I have spoken to the staff at this location about getting another toaster or one that works better for the morning complimentary breakfast area. You have to put your item in twice to have it toasted. And there is always a line at the single toaster. It would be best to go somewhere else for breakfast.
