Good location

very good hotel

Great value hotel, we stayed the night before a flight from Sofia airport. Food hall / shopping mall nearby, breakfast was good and the location was perfect for our purpose.

Our Ac did not work very well.

The hotel itself is in a perfect location, making it very convenient for exploring Sofia. I read some reviews from people complaining about the lack of maid service, but the room actually has a control panel where you can request room cleaning, so that wasn’t an issue for me. They could have a maintenance crew doing some touch-up with hardware and paint. On the second day, I did notice an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, possibly due to an issue with the drain trap. I reported it, and the problem was resolved. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely stay here again if I return to Sofia.

5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅. The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car. Would 100% recommend. Thank you to all the team!!!
