When we got to the hotel to check in, we were informed that they did not have the room that we had reserved. Luckily Courtney was behind the desk and call across the parking lot to see if White River Inn and Suites could accommodate us. I don't understand how we make a reservation in January and its not there for us in May

The room rented was better than I expected. It made my family and I feel like home. This is a nice hotel in this area. The Complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel had no problem booking us for an extra night in the same room, which was helpful. Cleaning staff didn't come to our room at all while we were there, we had to ask for extra towels often due to that fact.

The hotel seems to be undergoing some updating and renovation? So, some things have been updated & others not (yet?). It's a hotel that has been well-loved, and it shows. It was adequate, not excellent. Bed was very comfortable!
