Casino service staff unfriendly and bad.
The hotel portion of this property is nice, clean comfortable rooms. However the casino bar and restaurant staff is horrible. The service is so bad and unfriendly. I will never visit again.

Issue at check in and info was not relayed as they said. They woke up my sons room at 11:15 saying he had not paid which then woke me up. They were unclear on oayment through hotels.com and screwed up the checkin. They also did the same to my nephew. Then I went to bar and was charged 3 times for two drinks. 3 x 10.00They then only reversed 7 50 and 7 40 giving them a tip. I gave them a tip at the bar in cash. Non smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes...and ventilation in casino was bad

We went for annivesary, stayed one night. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet and the food at the craft house was good. I might add waitresses were very attentive and polite and so was the front desk when we checked in.
