The property was update and the staff were friendly but we experienced a scare when someone tried to kick in our door. We we called the front office the staff said he didn’t know how long it would take to send someone up. That was very unsettling especially since they have a casino next door that had security everywhere. A security guard finally showed up and just explained that they had some characters that would do things like that at times. We were scared to leave our room in case someone was waiting to ambush us. The kick on the door was almost enough to get it open. I don’t know if they were just randomly checking doors to rob rooms or if we were targeted but it was enough to make us want to leave and never return.

Was happy with the casino and our room. But the Check in took forever..when we went to the desk there was a lady that said she had been waiting for 20 mins. while the receptionist was on a call. By the time I got signed in there was 4 other people waiting to check in. Need help at front desk especially at check in and out time
