Place was clean but a bit run down. Pillows in the room were really worn out and blankets were very thin. However, was able to better pillows and another blanket from front desk. Breakfast was solid and good.

Things in this room made noise that shouldn't

Unexpectedly noisy. Mattresses? Yep. If you shift position it sounds similar to an air mattress, enough to wake a light sleeper. Shower? Uh huh. The shower would emit an ear-splitting, otherworldly screechy scream. I almost put in ear plugs to take a shower. I'm not kidding. Showering would constitute disturbing the peace in some locales. Artwork? Would you believe me if I told you the art above the beds would rattle EVERY TIME someone's door would slam on our floor. And this happened a lot, as the doors are not soft close. (I wouldn't expect that from a 2* hotel, but the combination was dreadful) General comfort want bad. Others have complained about the mattresses being very hard, but I didn't find it that bad to try to sleep on.

Great value. I stay here a few times a year and I am always surprised how clean and well maintained the whole property is. There are a ton of food options within 5 minutes. For the price, it’s the best value in the area.
