2 floors no elevator for disabled people. Toilet was 18" from the floor. Hard to use for overweight people. I was told i would be charged $150 additional if i paid in cash. So i used my debit card and was still charged a deposit of $110. I was not told this. I was told this will be dropped eventually.

Was charged a 30$ charge because some makeup was left on a wash cloth. I literally washed my face with a wash cloth, left a little makeup on it and got charged 30$ for washing my face! I dont know about other people but i thought a wash cloth was used to wash your body, not wash your body before using the wash cloth. Was super loud in my room for about 3 hours. Asked to switch rooms and they wouldnt let me. Horrible stay. Previously ive stayed there in a single room with wet carpet and no running water. No compensation was ever made after that experience. Would not recommend and will definitely be using your competition down the street nect time.

It was clean and all people were very nice. The price was right, low for being where it was. The maintenance is the issue for 4 stars. A rug witha rip, put together in the wrong direction and not secured to the floor causeing a trip hazzard for non agile people. Big crack on the inside of the bathroom door. Siding flashes are not secured. But you get what you pay for, it was clean and only needed an overnight stay, thanks.
