Good hotel, lovely staff, ideally placed for onward transit

Ótima estada! Cama confortável, toalhas de ótima qualidade e chuveiro excelente. O café da manhã era muito bom, mas repetitivo. A área da piscina e a piscina eram impecáveis!! Voltaria e recomendo!!

Desayuno Variado y completo. El hotel lo están remodelando. Por lo que hay un poco de polvo en el sector de la remodelación. Por lo demás estancia estupenda.

I stayed at Edenia Hotel and Nature with my two kids and we had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, very well designed, and the decor is stunning. The panoramic views of Lake Argentino were breathtaking, especially during breakfast. The restaurant food was fantastic and every staff member we met was kind and ready to help. I’d definitely stay here again, and I’d recommend it for families looking for a peaceful spot in El Calafate.

We were quite disappointed by this stay. The bathtub was quite old and would be one I would have a bath in as it didn’t look clean. Our king bed was also two twins pushed together with a sheet on top (not fitted) so both nights it kept falling off. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. The fridge never got colder than 18C. The common area was quite messy. The first day there were blankets everywhere including the floor, by the time we check out three days later, the couch looked the same with blankets and pillows everywhere, untouched from days before. The staff was also not friendly, could use some work on their customer service. Won’t be coming back

Excellent breakfast and great location

We had a good stay, hotel is very well located, right in the center of the town. We visited for 3 nights at the end of March. Rooms are clean, and very warm. When I booked we couldn't find double rooms anymore though, so we ended up with a twin. Breakfast is not very varied and mostly sweet, but after spending 3 weeks in Argentina I realised that it's normal. But overall we felt safe in the area, we could walk everywhere, and staff was friendly and welcoming.

Unique accommodations with great, unique adventures. Food and staff were excellent.
