Yalancı personel!!
Bu kadar yalancı ve profesyonel olmayan otel görmedim hayatımda!! Reservasyon yapmadan 2 dakika önce fiyat ve yer icin aramıştık.. bize 750tl Fiyat verdi aynı anda hotels.com bakıyordum orda 600tl görünüyordu aynı fiyata yaparmısınız dediğimizde olmaz siz hotels.comdan yapın dedi! Böylelikle ben hemen hotels.comdan rezervasyonumu tamamladım zaten tüm bilgileri girmiştim.. 2-3 saat sonra otele vardığımızda resepsiyondaki bayan sizin rezervasyonunuz görünmüyor yerimiz yok dedi.. ben zaten yerimiz var demedim.. yeriniz yoksa fiyat nasıl veriyorsun onu anlayamadım yani.. o kadar yol gel yer yok 2 çocukla ortada kaldık yani!! Bu nasıl paragözlük bu nasıl bir yalancılık nasıl profesyonelsizlik yani allah bir beyin vermiş ama kullanmayı bilmiyorlar.. İnsanlıktan çıkmışlar resmen tabi 150 tl fark olunca yeri vermek istemediler!!

Alles war gut. Bis auf dass man etwas wenig Geschirr in den Schränken hatte töpfe o.ä. Gabs auch nicht. Sauberkeit auch top es wurden jeden tag frische Handtücher hingelegt. Der Abfluss im Bad stank manchmal. Ab ca 22 Uhr hat man aus der Bar nebenan, links von dem Hotel eine dauerbeschallung von türkischer arabesk musik. In Betracht auf den check out muss ich sagen, müsste Expedia die ein wichtiges Detail in der Beschreibung hinzufügen. Es muss beim Check-Out gezahlt werden obwohl man bei der Buchung seine Kreditkartendaten eingibt. Ich finde darauf müssten die Gäste vorbereitet sein. Ansonsten eine absolute Empfehlung.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Sehr zentrale Lage am Strand von Ilica. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen.

unscheinbares schönes Hotel mit einigen Mängeln
wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern dort vor kurzem unseren Urlaub verbracht. Mit anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten und einer katastrophalen ersten Nacht haben wir unser Zimmer wechseln müssen. Unser Schlafzimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und war direkt neben einer Bar wo wir bis nachts zwei Uhr jedes Lied mitsingen konnten. Zudem gab es keine blickdichten Gardinen o.ä., so dass wir durch die pralle Sonne geweckt wurden.In den kleineren Zimmern befindet sich wohl immer nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Der Wechsel in ein größeres Zimmer hat sich aber auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile dient lediglich für die Zubereitung eines Frühstückes - weitere Kochutensilien wie Töpfe und Pfannen fehlen nämlich. Hier ist also auswärts Essen angesagt. Leider waren die Zimmer sowie das Bad nicht gründlich gereinigt worden, so dass ich eine erneute Reinigung anfordern mußte. Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral, was für uns sehr positiv war da man viele Einkaufs-und Essmöglichkeiten hatte allerdings konnte man aufgrund der schlecht isolierten Fenster leider fast jeden Ton von aussen hören. Zum Strand sind wir immer zum Sheraton Hotel gelaufen. Fussmarsch 10min. Je nachdem wen man an der Rezeption hatte mußte man seinen Wunsch mehrmals wiederholen. Einiges wurde kurzfristig umgesetzt einiges wieder rum nicht. Das Personal war aber allgemein sehr nett und hilfsbereit insbesondere Onur Bey von der Nachtschicht und Nejla Hanim.

Otelin yaninda bulunan turku bar nedeni ile sabah saat 04:00’e kadar suren muzik sesi yuzunden uyuyamadik. Bunun haricinde genel olarak iyi ve yeni bir tesis. Odalar genis ve konforlu.

Kahvaltı kesinlikle yok boşuna kahvaltılı rezervasyon yapilmamali. Çarşaf nevresim havlular ve eşyalar malesef çok pis ve kirli. Ayrıca odalar çok soğuk.
