Rezalet. Paramızı aldılar ve standart oda vereceklerini söylediler. Bize lağam kokulu bir oda verdiler. Sözlü taciz de cabası...odamızı baskasına sattıklarını söylediler sokakta kaldık paramızı da geri vermediler. Dava sürecimiz ilerliyor

En Kötü Otel Deneyimim...
Hayatımda yaşamadığım rezaleti yaşattılar. Sitede satılan oda aslında yokmuş, ya da başkalarına da sattılar. Başka iki oda vermek istediler odaları gezdik olur dedik, sonrasında 20 dk bekletip hotels.com’dan ucuza aldığımızı söylediler ve Bodrum’da rutubetli bir oda gösterdiler. Kabul etmedik. O zaman müşteri gelmedi diyerek rezervasyonu iptal edeceklerini söylediler ve gidin şikayet edin gibi bir cümle kurdular. Aramızda avukat olduğunu ve şaban açacağımızı söylediğimizde diğer otellerinden yer ayarlayacaklarını söylediler. Valizleri geri taşıyıp o ötele gittik. Orada da boş odalar olmasına rağmen tek odaya sığdırmaya çalıştılar, ama yatak sığmadı. Sonra yine ilk otelde iki adet havuz kenarında oda ayarlayacağını söyledi aynı kişi. Toplandık tekrar oraya döndük. Sonrasında tek oda kalmış diyerek ona bir adet daha çift kişilik yatak koydular. Sıkış tepiş kaldık, 2 saattir uğraştığımız ve Cumartesi akşamı artık başka bir yer bulma şansımız kalmadığı İçin. Kesinlikle böyle bir muameleye maruz kalmamıştım daha önce. Hem ayıplı hizmet verip hem de o kadar anlayışlı davrandığımız halde telafi etmek yerine iyi niyetimizi suistimal etmeye çalıştılar. Defalarca söylem değiştirip hiç birinde sözlerini tutmadılar. Cumartesi akşamı 2 saatimizi bizi oradan oraya sürükleyerek harcadılar, sonrasında bir özür bile dilemediler. Ve olmadığını söyledikleri oda hala satışta hotels.com’da...

Rüya değil Kabus!
İlk başta önerilen "penceresiz" oda, sonradan yerleştirildiğimiz kanalizasyon kokulu, havasız oda... Çalışmayan tuvalet havalandırması, lağım kokulu oda, kırık duşakabin... Çok övülen kahvaltısında da bahse değer bir güzellik yok. Fiyatına kanıp tatilinizi zehir etmeyin, 100 lira daha verip daha iyi bir yerde kalın.
