çift kişilik oda aldık fakat çift kişilik yatak olmadığı bilgisi verildi. ve bütün odalarda bu şekildeymiş. ayrıca odalar çok küçük çok memnun kalmadık.

Konaklama güzeldi fakat kahvaltı yetersizdi çeşitlendirilebilir çay kahve sınırsız ve ücrete tabi tutulmamalı bana göre temizlik açısından iyiydi çalışanlar güler yüzlü otel konum olarak çok iyi. Havuz iç dizayn çok güzel.

3 gün kaldığımız otelde girdiğimizde çarşafların kirli olduğunu gördük zorla oda temizliği için gelindi onda da 3günde bir çarşaf değiştiriyoruz denilip değişiklik yapılmadı sadece sağolsublar temiz havlu bırakmışlar 2gün boyunca odaya içmek için su istediğimizi ilettik odada girişte su bile yoktu bayraklıdaki Mono da da konakladığımızda bu tarz sorunlar vardı yine aynı rahatlık demekki tüm şubeler aynı tercih etmemeli

Bugüne kadar kaldığım en kötü otel. Otel girişinde karşılandık ancak bi hoşgeldiniz bile denmedi havuzu pisti sorduğumda bugün bakımdayız yarın kullanılacak dedi ancak havuzda ne bakım ne de başka bir şey yapılıyordu diğer günde havuzu temizlemediler ve havuzlu diye tuttuğum otelin havuzuna giremedik aynı şekilde banyo temizliği hiç yapılmamış gibiydi her yer toz içindeydi banyoda el sabunu bitmiş onu bile doldurmamışlar oda çift kişilik ancak terlik 1 adet havlular yıkanmamış gibiydi kahvaltı çok eksik ve yetersiz daha uygun otellerin koşulları daha iyidi kimseye tavsiye etmeyeceğim birdaha konaklamayacagım bir otel.

Beklentimizin çok üzerinde bir hizmet aldığımızı söylemek isterim. Yeni açılmış bir otel ve gerçekten odaları, ortak kullanım alanları tertemizdi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltıları çok çeşitli ve lezzetli bir serpme kahvaltıydı. Biz arkadaş grubu olarak gittik fakat aile için de çok uygun bir yer. Tam bir fiyat performans oteliydi. Her şey için teşekkürler.
