I could not get my room but I was still charged
I booked a room for one night through expedia. I arrived at the hotel for checking in and I was told to wait for half-an-hour until my room is cleaned. I wanted to give them enough time and told them I would be back in a couple of hours. I came back in 2 .5 hours and the lady told me that my room is yet to be cleaned and I cannot check-in. The personnel was not the friendliest either. We finally agreed to cancel my reservation and they told me I should do this through expedia. I called expedia explaining the whole case. I still have not received any money back even though expedia agent had assured me that they would reimburse me. Bascially, I had to pay one-night hotel room just for waiting for the room to be cleaned and wasting my time making several calls for cancelling -- which never happened. Do not book this hotel. It is also disappointing for the expedia brand!

Meine Freundin und ich waren eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilft wo es kann. An dieser Stelle herzlichen Dank und großes Lob an Herrn Mehmet von der Rezeption. Das Frühstücksangebot war klein, jedoch völlig ausreichend. An der Sauberkeit könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle gearbeitet werden. Jedoch für ein 2 Sterne Hotel in dieser Preisklasse vollkommend zufriedenstellend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Çok memnun kaldık
Biz 10 gece kaldık ve işletme çok ilgiliydi, çalışanlar çok kibardı ve servis edilen kahvaltı çok temizdi. Kiraladığımız araçta hasar tespit ettik ve yan otelin kameraları için bile bize çok yardımcı oldular, kesinlikle bu bölgeye tekrar gelirsem konaklamak isteyeceğim bir otel.

Für eine Nacht hat es gereicht
Dass die Ausstattung abgenutzt ist, sehe ich nicht als Problem für ein 2 Sterne Hotel, aber mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit empfehle ich wärmstens! Das Treppenhaus ist nicht gefegt, die Zimmer werden nicht richtig gereinigt, die Duschkabinen könnten wenigstens kalkfrei sein. Kalkreiniger kostet nicht viel und hält lange! Das Personal ist aber sehr nett und das Essen war auch ok! Es tut mir Leid, dass die Bewertung nicht gut ausfällt, aber bei mehr Sauberkeit wäre ich bestimmt wesentlich zufriedener gewesen.

5 gün konakladığım yerde 1 gün su ve elektrik yoktu. İstedigim her seyi 3 kere söylemem gerekti. 1 havlu istedim 1.5 saate geldi. Wifi odalara kadar ulaşmıyor. Resepsiyondakiler iş bilmiyor euro ve tl farkını ayırt edemeyen kişiler çalışıyor. Sadece şampuan konmuş ancak lüks malzemeler yazıyor hizmet olarak. Fön makinesi istedim ertesi güne getirebildiler. Aklımda kalanlar bunlar. Tavsiye etmiyorum oteli.
