La Chiusa is beautiful, staff are very nice and the location fantastic; views from the property and situated next to Montifollonico with access to grocery store, pharmacy and super local restaurant (13 Gobbi). Rooms had a fridge but no kettle, coffee maker or even cups or glasses which was odd and would make a big positive difference so that you can make a hot drink or sip your own wine while enjoying the view! If you’re a foodie you will love the onsite restaurant, but it is a limited menu so a couple of visits will get you through it, but there is so much within sprucing distance you’ll want to get out anyway - so hire a car.

Very nice hotel and excellent breakfast options. Would have been nice if the spa facilities had been available for hotel residents at a more reasonable cost. Shower cubicle was quite small and room was next to the lift so a little noisy at times.
