I wanted to like this property, but our 10-day stay was a disaster from the first day. After checking in and unpacking, we found roaches in the closet where we had stored our luggage. When we asked to change rooms, the staff said nothing was available and initially told us they could not help for several nights. Only after I explained that I was uncomfortable keeping my young children in a room with roaches did they reluctantly agree to move us. The service did not improve. Before leaving for a two-day trip to the city, we dropped off laundry and were told it would be ready in one day. When we returned, the laundry had not been washed and appeared not to have been touched. The front desk offered excuses that it was handled by another department instead of providing a sincere apology or solution. My cousin, who was traveling with us, had an even worse experience. Although the hotel had been notified that she would be away for a couple of days, housekeeping removed her belongings from the room, including clothing for her and her children, pool toys, three boxes of Legos, and a child’s water vest. When she returned and realized the items were missing, the hotel returned them after hours. The belongings smelled like urine, and the hotel then charged her to wash the items its staff had removed. The property’s lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and dismissive service made this stay extremely stressful. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Hotel Spa & Boutique catered to me and my family & children.. It is a beautiful relaxing place to stay.. The Sky Bar was phenomenal and there is an area if you take your child for them to use the smaller pool.. We scheduked Massage services and the staff is well experienced!! I wish I lived here! I will return definitely! The ocean view is spectacular. Zicatela Beach us a good 5 blocks area walk but if you rented a car then you'll arrive there in 3-4 minutes.. Although please note , the beach is not for swimming, the waves are very dangerous but you can watch the beautiful beach scenery from the many restaurants and beach clubs chair lounges available.. you will not regret it..
