The resort was absolutely stunning. Every detail was carefully planned. Having access to the enclave pool made all of the difference as those pools were typically quiet and empty. Those pools also had access to a restaurant that was amazing. The food was everywhere amazing, but the best part about staying at this resort was the staff. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The staff made sure that we had everything we needed and we’re comfortable every single person that I encountered who worked at the resort was extremely kind and easily made me want to come back to this resort again.

The kids area is super fun, their beach is very nice, the pools are warm and lovely. We only tried ine buffet and the fiod wasnt good. That would be my only complaint. No sargasum on the beach! Even in June.

The food was average at most restraunts and buffets. Lunch options were minimal and lunch buffet was awful. Service was good overall except having to ask for a crib 4 times and changing rooms due to fridge not working and no hot water. Drinks were average through out the different bars. No food truck as advertised near kids area. Half of the water park is broken too.

We recently stayed at Hilton Tulum for a weekend getaway with my wife and our young child, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The resort is beautiful and truly family-friendly. The all-inclusive restaurants offered a great variety of delicious options, and the service was consistently excellent. The pools were amazing—especially the kids’ pool, which was safe and fun for our little one. There were plenty of activities to enjoy as a family, and the beach was spotless, with soft sand and calm waters. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Pedro, Julián, Cristina, Luis, and Chef Israel—they really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Definitely a 5-star experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
