Upon checking in one of the front desk clerks of East Indian descent were unprofessional and very hoggish. She was very unwelcoming due to the fact after I announced my reason for being there very politely,her demeanor and tone was still off and unbecoming of a person who “supposedly” is in the CSR field.The rooms especially the living room area with the throw pillows had a high sweaty, musky scent luckily when going to hotels I always walk with my febreeze air refresher and not even that took away the scent, this was very uncomfortable because sitting in the area was super uneasy so we had to resort to the bedroom area more. The bathroom should have a mat or even a towel for after persons comes out of the shower to absorb the water whilst drying off. The internet connection isn’t working far less the television in the living room. The breakfast was alright however recommendation for an in house dining area during the rainy season should be implemented because whilst sitting outside where they served breakfast, the chairs apparently absorbed the water and no amount of wiping it off helped to an extent which left persons clothes a bit damp after sitting having breakfast. Also, those black birds were like a bad rash that didn’t want to go away cause they kept popping up on the tree above you and flying down to pick at your food.
