This is a mom and pop operation run by a couple of hard-working South Dakotans who give it their all. It’s humble but very very clean, and if you’re thirsty, there is a small bar steps from your door. Because this is family run, you should give a call before booking if you’ll arrive past about 9:30 p.m. The same folks to check you in will be up with the dawn the next morning, so they cannot accommodate late arrivals; check with them first, and be aware that they’re in the central time zone, which may be important if you’re coming from the west. My thanks for a good stay!

The motel was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly service, informative and helpful. The room was perfect for a quick night stay. It was very clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we could want out of a room in a small town!

We will always stop here.

Let’s talk about it. We rolled in here as 3 idiots driving from Pittsburgh to Sturgis and back to Pittsburgh and we had such a good time here that we went out of our way to stay here twice. This is the best dive bar / hotel we each have ever stayed at, we were so welcomed at this place and the locals were so much fun to hang with. This place is fantastic. We will all be back and can’t wait to see everybody.

This is my 2nd time staying here when traveling cross country the last 2 years. Such a cute place! Always so clean, right off I90, safe area, gas station next door, bar/restaurant on site, friendly owner and reasonably priced!! Also lots of parking for larger vehicles.
