Worst experience ever,restrictions just to grab a drink..need to make reservations at restaurants and some were out of service..keep in mind it"s all inclusive.Roaches welcomed us to our room..immediately called expedia to cancel and was denied and no help at all.I was screwed for 2 nights.Never again booking with expedia.If you don't mind areas being swamped with tours buses,mediocre food,overpriced and subpar facilties..this is the place for you.
