This place was amazing and so relaxing! Such a cute and cozy hotel that felt more like a home away from home! The staff was beyond amazing,so welcoming and attentive! I’ve been going to PV for year and I’m so happy to have found this place because we will definitely be back!

It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic.

We stayed during hurricane Simon. The staff was excellent and did what they could to make our stay comfortable considering the circumstance of the storm. The restaurant staff was exceptional. We had no problem speaking English. The rooms are clean and very large. The overall decor of the hotel and gardens are beautifully done and the pool is beautiful. It's like a grand hotel that needs a little bit of polishing but we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The staff, food (& variety), pool, and accommodations were excellent. If you’re anticipating beach time though reconsider. The beach is short (15 yards) and steeply sloped to the water. The ocean can be rough as the seabed dips precipitously. Temperatures during our mid-October stay were routinely 88F with high humidity. We saw two people go into the ocean during our 7 day stay and nobody on the beach. The only way to stay cool outdoors is in the pool (which was excellent). Air conditioned venues at L’Estancia and the neighboring property were very nice.

Upon arrival the 2 staff members never greeted us or introduced themselves. They did not let is know about the schedule power outage the next day that was scheduled from 7am-3pm. We were told that we had a kitchenette but it actually was only a small fridge. The pool was absolutely disgusting. It was very cloudy water full of leaves. The tiles around the edge were falling off. There was no ladder to get in and out of pool. The service at the pool was horrible as clearly we were interrupting a show on there phone. They never asked us if we wanted a drink or anything. They did eventually give us our complimentary drink. After we showered we sat down to order food they were not prepared to serve food. We then noticed cockroaches in the bathroom that were coming up from the sink. We notified them and they sprayed raid and left us in the same room with the raid. The curtains around the bed were moldy and the floor was rotting in spots. The maintenance was extremely lacking. The design and concept is there for a very cozy romantic getaway. It is definitely a extremely steep climb up to the bungalows. Also another steep climb to pool area. The ocean view was extremely limited even though we booked ocean view. Queen size bed is a double bed with a very large bite mark in sheet into mattress. Pictures on the internet are definitely not what it is.

Great heated pool with benches and shallow areas. Great food. Great family vacation! Would come back.
