Hello, We had booked the hotel via Expedia and arrive at Chandigarh Airport at 9pm, we spoke to hotel staff and arrived to the hotel, but when we reached at the hotel, we came to know that there were no rooms available for us. After 30 min they had arranged 2 rooms in hotel Hollywood, But we didn't receive the facilities shared by Expedia while the booking of hotel. When we discussed this with the hotel wisteria manager, he was arguing on the facilities. After some dispute hotel Hollywood were ready to provide the facilities.
Stayed 1 night in Mar 2021
